Health Bucks Flyer
Designed bilingual (EN/ES) flyers for the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s Farm to Preschool initiative, connecting early childhood education settings with local food producers to support healthy eating among preschoolers. The flyers highlighted Health Bucks incentives exchangeable for fresh fruits and vegetables at local farmers’ markets, supporting program participation and community awareness.
Feedback Card
Designed a feedback card for the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s Eat Well and Play Hard program, combining nutrition education and physical activity promotion for children. The card collected participant input on both the Eat Well and Play Hard and Farm to Preschool programs, capturing opinions and suggestions to support program evaluation and improvement.
Game and Toolkit
Designed games and toolkit flyers supporting nutrition education and physical activity programming for children through the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. These materials presented interactive activities, including gardening prompts and movement-based exercises, for use in program delivery and community outreach.
