Regenerative
Living

Honoring impermanence,
cultivating balance.

In a fast-moving world, it’s easy to lose connection—with nature, ourselves, and the rhythms that sustain life. Regenerative living is about restoring balance, respecting natural cycles, and making choices that support both well-being and renewal.

Mindfulness
and Presence

Mindfulness is the practice of returning to the present moment with openness and care. Through simple awareness of breath, body, and surroundings, we reconnect with what is real and essential.

Learning
and Growth

Learning and growth keep us open to change. Through continuous learning and creative exploration, whether reading, making art, or learning an instrument, we deepen our understanding of ourselves
and expand how we engage
with the world.

Intentional
Living

Intentional living means aligning our daily choices with care and clarity. Through sustainable habits, mindful consumption, and healthy spaces, we create lives that nourish both ourselves and the environment.

Connection
with Nature

Nature invites us to slow down and find balance. By spending time outdoors, gardening, or following natural rhythms, we rebuild a relationship with the living world and rediscover our place within it.

Community
and Relationships

Regeneration thrives in connection. By building meaningful relationships, sharing skills, and supporting local communities, we strengthen bonds that foster resilience, belonging, and collective well-being.

About Me

Ticiana
Sustainability Analyst

Home has never been just a place for me—it’s a way of living that feels intentional, connected, and in harmony with the world around us. Coming from a multicultural background and moving often, I’ve experienced many ways of living but never felt fully rooted in one place. That sense of searching led me to sustainability and regenerative living, where I found a deeper purpose. Over time, I’ve understood that nothing is permanent—things change, just as I do.

As I explored the sustainability industry, I realized I wanted to talk about regenerative living as a lifestyle, not just a set of standards or metrics. It’s about how we design spaces, make choices, and shape daily habits in ways that restore rather than deplete—not just for the planet but for ourselves. I also feel a growing disconnection from how we live and communicate in today’s world, and I want to explore how we can create more meaningful relationships—with our surroundings and each other.

That’s why I started this website—to share my journey and the ideas that inspire me. I don’t know exactly where this will lead, but I hope it becomes a space for reflection, learning, and connection with those who share these values.
