  • Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law).

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
    2.3. Project Timeline: Timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness, data availability, and other factors.
    2.4. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information.

  • Implementing recommendations (if applicable).

  • Meeting payment deadlines.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Sustainable Vert and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
3.2. Clients retain ownership of their input data, but grant Sustainable Vert a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. All client information shared during consulting engagements is kept strictly confidential.
4.2. Sustainable Vert may disclose information only if:

  • Necessary to protect its rights or property.

  • With the client’s explicit consent.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Client-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Clients may cancel services with 14 days’ written notice.

  • A cancellation fee of 25% of the remaining contract value may apply.
    5.2. Sustainable Vert-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Sustainable Vert reserves the right to cancel services with 7 days’ notice in the event of:

    • Non-payment.

    • Violation of these Terms.

    • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

6. Force Majeure

Sustainable Vert shall not be liable for any delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.

  • Government actions.

  • Internet or technology failures.

  • Labor strikes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sustainable Vert, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • The use or inability to use this website or services.

  • Any reliance on the content provided.

  • Any actions taken or not taken based on the information provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hudson County, New Jersey.
