Zero Waste Strategy & Performance Indicators
Research project focused on aligning cafeteria operations at UN Headquarters with New York City’s Zero Waste 2030 policy. The work involved evaluating environmental compliance, conducting waste audits, and defining performance indicators (KPI) related to material use, contamination, and diversion rates. Results were synthesized in a research report presented to the Department of Management, with recommendations to support institutional accountability and long-term sustainability goals.
