Preliminary research and coordination supported the development of a future sustainability dashboard at Syracuse University, aligned with the institution’s 2040 climate neutrality goals. The work focused on structuring operational data, identifying performance indicators (KPIs), and initiating collaboration with internal teams and external energy partners.
