Preliminary research and coordination in support of a future sustainability interactive dashboard at Syracuse University, aligned with the institution’s 2040 climate neutrality goals. The work involved structuring operational data, identifying performance indicators (KPIs), and initiating collaboration with internal teams and energy partners.
